A lively aromatherapy blend of eucalyptus, mint and peppercorn may help to boost circulation and clear the airways, which, in turn, can help to oxygenate the body with easier breathing. Finally, sweat and antiperspirants can cause irritation, so the inclusion of creamy coconut oil can provide a soothing effect after sport.
